    About the role

    Join our Identity and Access Management Service team as we transform by simplifying our business, systems and processes to improve the experience of our people and customers. In this role you’ll be delivering and maintaining DevOps cryptography services across cloud and mainframe. You’ll be working with the broader team to continuously improve those platforms and services. You will work with our business customers to understand and deliver on Cryptography use cases and facilitate the flow and quality of work for the team.

    Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working with broader DevOps teams at our Bank to provide crypto services to their CI/CD pipelines.
  • End to end management of Cryptography related systems and services including overall technical health and vitality.
  • Working effectively in an agile environment on Service backlog to deliver features aligned to business and service strategy.
  • Effective and appropriate Incident, Problem, Configuration, change and Release Management according to technology and Group standards
  • Responsible for IT Service continuity and production/application support in line with SLAs and ensuring that all elements required to restore their service are known and in place in the event of a crisis.
  • This role also supports other teams services such as maintenance, Operations and Enhancement of IBM z/OS Identity and Access Control systems.

    • About you

    You must have the below experience to be considered:

  • Skilled in DevOps concepts and in particular the use and lifecycle of certificates, keys and secrets in applications and infrastructure as code.
  • Experience with AWS Key Management Service, AWS Certificate Manager.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git/GitLab, Bamboo/Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, Gradle, Artifactory, SonarQube.
  • Experienced and effective in DevOps and Agile practices and enjoy helping to drive a culture of continuous improvement and development.

    • For us it is a bonus if you have the below experience, but it's ok if you don't:

  • Able to manage an organisation’s use of a certificate authority such as Digicert and Entrust.
  • Experience with Secrets and Certificate management and automation in DevOps pipelines such as CyberArk Conjur or AWS KMS.
  • Experience in certificate\cryptography cost management and reporting.
