Dialog  seeks people who have these capabilities:

Extensive experience as a System Analyst

Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience in large and complex projects and programmes

Good written and oral communications skills with the proven ability to author complex specifications

Ability to manage multiple tasks with various deadlines with attention to detail

Experience working in the Australian Government
