In this new and exciting Talent Acquisition Business Partner role, you will be at the forefront of idelivering on a fresh and dynamic resourcing strategy, leveraging your media sector knowledge, networks and recruitment smarts to provide exceptional service and competitive advantage. Supported by the breadth of the PeopleScout organisation, you will not only be delivering on recruitment assignments for your designated portfolio, but will get involved in a range of strategic initiatives and business critical projects to support the account evolution.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with a diverse range of stakeholders to understand their talent acquisition requirements
  • Execute sourcing and selection strategies to access the most relevant talent in market (both advertised selection and passive sourcing)
  • Provide consultative advice to customers around market pressure, talent shortages, best-fit skills and competencies for their critical roles
  • Deliver a high service standard to each and every stakeholder across the business
  • Support critical projects to drive account evolution touching every aspect of the resourcing lifecycle

    Exceptional customer service, commercial acumen, resilience and sophisticated influencing skills will see you succeed in this role. A strong background in in-house, RPO or Agency Recruitment is essential. You will bring a high level of energy, creative solutioning and urgency to deliver win/win outcomes for all parties. Media sector experience would be awesome, but we are also open to speaking with exceptional recruiters from all backgrounds although a keen and demonstrable interest in the media industry is an absolute must.
