We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to help drive revenue growth across accounts in Japan! This role is perfect for a dynamic, self - motivated sales professional early on in their career, looking to help scale out a game-changing enterprise software company and have the opportunity to really change and grow your career.

The impact you will have:

  • Rapidly develop your skill-set around value-based selling, big data and AI.
  • Prioritize, manage and qualify high volume inbound leads from Marketing programs and promotions
  • Drive outbound activities through personalized email, cold calling, social selling for opportunity qualification
  • Develop compelling outreach campaigns for all levels of buyers, including senior executives, to create opportunity in key target accounts.
  • Uncover and identify client needs and progressing conversations into sales opportunities through communicating how Databricks will meet them effectively.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders

    • What we look for:

  • Previous work experience in inbound and outbound sales and inquiries preferred but not essential
  • Ability to understand technical concepts, possess enthusiasm for technology and to articulate clearly to all levels of technical aptitude
  • Determination and grit to succeed, learn and build the next best enterprise software company
  • Consistent, measurable over-achievement in past experiences
  • Curiosity and hunger to learn and stay up to date about the big data/AI industry
  • High degree of ownership and professionalism
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree from a top university
