We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to help drive revenue growth across accounts in Japan! The impact you will have: Rapidly develop your skill-set around value-based selling, big data and AI. Prioritize, manage and qualify high volume inbound leads from Marketing programs and promotions Drive outbound activities through personalized email, cold calling, social selling for opportunity qualification Develop compelling outreach campaigns for all levels of buyers, including senior executives, to create opportunity in key target accounts. Uncover and identify client needs and progressing conversations into sales opportunities through communicating how Databricks will meet them effectively. Build long-term relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
What we look for: Previous work experience in inbound and outbound sales and inquiries preferred but not essential Ability to understand technical concepts, possess enthusiasm for technology and to articulate clearly to all levels of technical aptitude Determination and grit to succeed, learn and build the next best enterprise software company Consistent, measurable over-achievement in past experiences Curiosity and hunger to learn and stay up to date about the big data/AI industry High degree of ownership and professionalism Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree from a top university
