    The Role

  • End to end management of your own portfolio
  • Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
  • Arrange quotations, repairs and maintenance for works required
  • Prepare & conduct AGM’s 
  • Budget presentations
  • Periodic inspections
  • Portfolios are not overloaded to maintain 5-star customer service
  • Arrange quotations, repairs and maintenance for works required

    • Skills & Experience

  • Previous Strata Management experience is essential 
  • Strong communication skills and a team player
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent time management
  • Possess a level of high attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft software packages
  • Work collaboratively with all colleagues
  • Clean police clearance 
  • Must be resilient and able to manage conflict in various scenarios
