The Opportunity

We are looking for an integrated marketer who will coordinate and manage our highest impact cross-channel campaigns. This person will be directly responsible for driving campaigns from concept/definition through planning, execution, delivery and measurement and will report to the VP of Marketing.

What You’ll Do

  • Translate strategy into actionable, integrated marketing plans with measurable milestones and results. 
  • Lead brainstorming and synthesize ideas and information into clear plans and deliverables.
  • Fearlessly organize and prioritize cross-functional groups, driving to decisions and holding the team accountable for deadlines and deliverables in line with business goals.
  • Aid in the development of channel strategies for paid & organic social, search, email, SMS, podcasts, affiliate, PR, partner and/or retail marketing; partner with marketing managers to integrate campaign-specific messaging across all channels.
  • Develop measurement plans that align to business priorities and goals. Lead reporting for all cross-channel campaigns, including synthesizing business results and internal learnings.
  • Create, implement, and document processes that enhance the team’s operational efficiency.
  • Build marketing calendars & project trackers to provide cross-functional visibility.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders across the organization including product, operations and marketing.
  • Proactively identify and resolve time-sensitive project risks, issues, interdependencies, and conflicts.
  • Identify resource gaps and fill them directly or through engaging new resources.

  • Integrated marketing awareness: You’ve planned cross-channel campaigns and have enough working knowledge to successfully prioritize, plan and support execution across marketing channels. Your track record shows successful coordination of cross-functional initiatives.
  • Operationally-oriented: You geek out over process and project management enhancements that create efficiency and productivity across the team. If Asana is your favorite tool, this is the role for you.
  • Strategic decision-making: You have a bias toward action and an aptitude for driving to decisions. You proudly create buy-in across diverse groups of stakeholders.
  • Adaptable: A self-starter with hunger to learn and adaptability to change, you’re comfortable in a startup environment with evolving organizational needs. You’re accustomed to creating processes from scratch and leading through new situations.
