We’re on the hunt for a high-energy, results driven sales leader to drive and manage the growth of our software sales team for Australia, New Zealand and SE Asia. Enghouse Interactive () is the world’s largest supplier of Contact Centre applications for Microsoft, has the largest number of cloud Contact Centre seats globally, and Vidyo, a leading provider of enterprise-class video collaboration solutions.

Purpose of Position

The VP Sales APAC works with the sales team to maximise revenue opportunities for Enghouse Interactive by leading the creation, development and execution of sales opportunities both with our channel partners and directly. 

Reporting to the APAC Managing Director this person is a key member of the regional leadership team and will manage relationships with other teams including, Demand Gen and Marketing, Finance, Product Management, Professional Services, Renewals and Support, to ensure appropriate resources are available and focused to support our revenue objectives. 

The role can be located in either Sydney or Melbourne, and the successful candidate will have the flexibility to travel within the APAC region as and when required, and travel restrictions allow up to 50% of the time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all software licence revenue – perpetual, term and subscription streams and overall management of our channel partners.
  • Work closely with sales team members to assess pipelines, drive increased sales velocity, and understand and resolve challenges to maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Ensure quarterly and annual revenue quotas are achieved.
  • Work closely with the Demand Generation team to create lead generation campaigns and marketing programs to support revenue growth.
  • Act as a sales coach and mentor to ensure sales best-practices are adopted and utilised, and to foster the skills enhancement and professional development of sales team members.
  • Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts, Channel Partners, customer prospects and key regional influencers and stakeholders

  • Key Experiences:

  • Minimum of 10 -12 years of quota-carrying sales experience, and 5+ years of sales management experience.
  • Experience in Contact Centre or Customer Experience software applications strongly preferred, along with exposure to video collaboration solutions.
  • Proven ability in building and developing a multi-channel sales organisation selling SaaS and cloud solutions into mid-market and enterprise customers across multiple industry verticals.
  • Experience selling to C-level executives.
  • Experience in closing high value solution sales
  • A track record of achieving quarterly and annual software booking targets.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce reporting, forecasting, and sales metrics.
