Your new role
Reporting to Head Chef you will be part of a gastronomic team providing guests with an amazing culinary experience. In your role as Sous Chef, you will assist with the management of the outlet kitchens on a day to day basis ensuring the highest level of food and service standards and hygiene are met at all times. Cost, stock, and equipment control are also part of day-to-day duties. As a member of the leadership team, you will cultivate a positive work environment, creating a team that works together with trust and takes responsibility to meet the goals of the department and resort.
