The Nurse Manager for Drug and Alcohol Service and HIV and Related Programs (HARP) is a key leadership position that forms part of the senior management team for these services. This position will suit applicants who enjoy working with highly motivated teams, have strong clinical and communication skills and a capacity to keep learning themselves. What you'll be doing The Nurse Manager identifies nursing and corporate risks in the operational management of D&AHARP and makes timely decisions to implement appropriate strategies that maintain service delivery and safety within a risk management framework. The position has a leadership role in terms of organisational culture, standards of care, patient flow, service delivery, financial management, change management and implementation of best practice.
