What will you get to do?
Our M&A Transaction Services team works closely with our clients through the entire M&A lifecycle to deliver due diligence information, financial analytics, advice on transaction related accounting and tax matters and reviewing sale and purchase agreements. You'll get to build your analytical and advisory skills as you support clients by conducting research, spotting opportunities for growth and providing them with bespoke M&A advice and financial analysis on the key valuation drivers of a transaction.
