Qualifications:

Ability to interact with clients.

Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills. 

Experienced in QuickBooks Desktop & QuickBooks Online.

Tech Savvy since we use several apps.

CPA license

Budgeting & Forecasting experience is a PLUS.

Big 4 is a PLUS.

About the role

Bookkeeping services for multiple clients including classify bank transactions, bank deposits, reconciling monthly credit card, bank, and investment statements.

Prepare and file sales tax.

Prepare payroll tax returns.

Calculate payroll checks.

Assist with month-end close process.

Prepare and post journal entries.

Develop monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.

Assist with IRS audits as needed.

Assist with year-end close process.

Provide financial reports as needed.

Balance and maintain accurate ledgers.

Able to do general ledger entries.

Other duties as assigned.

Post transfers from various accounts

Prepare Business & Personal Tax Return

Prepare supporting Documents for PPP Forgiveness

Answer calls/ emails as needed.
