We are currently seeking casual Porters to join our Concierge team. You will be the first point of contact for all Guest arriving to the Hotel and ensuring a personalised experience for the duration of their stay.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Welcoming guests on arrival and assist guests during their stay
  • Assisting guests with their luggage by taking it to and from the room
  • Showing guests to their room and explaining the available room amenities
  • Building good rapport with all guests and resolving guest complaints in an effective and courteous manner
  • Receiving and delivering mail, messages, parcels and other items to both internal and external guests
  • Conducting valet services and ensuring a high level of security of guest room keys and guest vehicle keys at all times
  • Cleaning and maintaining all company cars

    • ABOUT YOU:

  • Exceptional customer service
  • Perform assigned tasks with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
  • 6 months previous experience working as a Porter or in a customer focused role
  • Previous experience working within a 5-star hotel
  • Knowledge in Movielink and Vingcard systems
  • Currently hold or have the ability to obtain an H endorsement license.
  • Manual N.T Full Driver’s license- C & B class
