What this opportunity involves Were looking for a polished, professional and proactive Facilities Administrator to work on a client site in Melbourne. Youll work with our client, whos one of the largest innovative global retail businesses! In this varied role, youll with operations, vendor management, purchasing of materials and supplies, occupancy services and helpdesk! A snapshot of the role; Provide relief for support staff e.g. Mailroom, Receptionist, Facilities Coordinator and Finance Administrator Assist in general facilities duties to ensure the adequate provision of office services and supplies Seek ways to constantly reduce costs and improve operational standards Conduct regular audits to ensure safety procedures on site are in place and working Perform general office administrative tasks such as creation of word documents, spreadsheets, publications, and signage for the office Serve as a liaison between office staff and facilities management in service requests Sound like the job you are looking for?
