ABOUT THE POSITION.
This position requires a Registered Nurse or Clinical Manager experienced in Residential Aged Care for the operation of a 145 bed facility on the New South Wales Central Coast. You will be joining a supportive team within a fully accredited facility that is well established in the local community.

DUTIES. 

Oversee the daily clinical operations of the facility in partnership with the supportive management team

Support and lead the facilities clinical team including staff allocation, performance management mentoring and education

Manage person-centred care planning for residents.

Liaise with a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal resident care

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA

Bachelor of Nursing degree

Previous Aged Care experience essential with management experience highly desirable 

Prior ACFI knowledge
