About Train Crewing and Support
Train Crewing is the custodian for the customers’ on-board journey experience and play a key role in providing safe and reliable train services. We are also responsible for ensuring we have professional and qualified Train Drivers and Train Guards who deliver effective, diligent and continuously improving service.
We have an exciting 12 months temporary full-time opportunity for an Executive Officer to join a high performing and fast-paced team, providing a range of high level executive, secretariat and project support services to the office of the Executive Director, Train Crewing.
You will be responsible for managing requests from a variety of internal and external stakeholders. As an advanced relationship manager, you will collaborate with relevant departments to develop and communicate appropriate responses.
As a trusted advisor, this role will see you supporting effective governance for executive meetings and facilitating the development and distribution of sensitive analyses, reports, and briefings. Your role will be pivotal in identifying key priorities and actions for the Executive Director’s attention and supporting continuous improvement in the Directorate through the development of structured and efficient ways of operating.

Ideal skills, experience and personal attributes:
The salary for this position is RC Grade 5 ($106,653 - $123,022) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
