To continue our growth, we are looking to expand our team and bring on board a motivated, productive and customer/candidate orientated consultant to assist with the servicing of existing and new clients. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with both candidate and client portfolios Create talent pools through candidate engagement and selection practices Managing candidate database, ensuring all information is documented and compliant in line with our internal auditing criteria Advertising jobs, interviewing, sourcing and shortlisting candidates Coordinating the full registration process of successful candidates Confirming daily rosters Supporting the internal team and other key stakeholders within the business
Requirements Experience within the Recruitment Industry is preferred but not essential Demonstrated experience in building rapport with internal stakeholders, clients and candidates Ability to work under a pressure and in fast paced environment Strong organisation, communication & interpersonal skills Highly computer literate and ability to learn new systems Great attitude and ability to work in a team environment
