My client is one of the Top 4 Bank and there is a 12 month contract opportunity available within their Financial Markets and Treasury team. This role provides operational support to the Financial Markets team in New York. This role is nightshift- 10pm-9am, Mon-Sat.

The Position-

  • Working across a wide range of products- Foreign Exchange, Corporate Loans, Money Market, Securities and Client On-boarding
  • E-mail management- handling customer enquiries, responding within agreed SLA's
  • Liaising with NY team continually to ensure all all e-mails and enquiries are actionned accordingly
  • Monitoring transactions ensuring all settlements go through on a daily basis

    • The Candidate-

  • Minimum 2 years industry experience
  • Additional product knowledge would be an advantage- Foreign Exchange, commodities, options, and money market transactions
  • Sound knowledge of SWIFT payments and confirmations
  • Experience with Euroclear, Clearstream and/or DTC
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and financial instruments
