This award-winning, Australian owned, vegan and cruelty-free cosmetics brand are on the lookout for a standout National/Regional Business Development Manager to take ownership of the new business development function for the brand and continue to develop its existing relationships with a number of key distributors across the country.This is a brand new position due to significant growth within the company, you will be able to make this your own.
Your responsibilities will include;
- The sole responsibility for the strategic business development activities of the company, in line with targets as set by the senior leadership team
- Liaising with major accounts to further develop relationships and expand the companies product offering
- Identify opportunities for new business development, particularly within small businesses/boutiques/salons, to enhance product awareness and visbility
- Proven experience in a national, regional or cluster business development/sales position
- Intimate understanding of the cosmetics or skincare industry, you are well networked and know who is who in the zoo
- Ability to develop strategic business development initiatives and execute with flair
- Polished and professional presentation and communication skills, you know how to rep the brand you're working for.
