An exciting opportunity is currently available for an experienced Senior Advisor Learning and Development to join the Education Training and Research Services at the Bundaberg or Hervey Bay Hospitals within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service. The Wide Bay area is arguably one of the most beautiful regions of Queensland. The Health Service stretches from Agnes Water in the North to Maryborough in the South and provides acute care services to a population of over , residents including several rural communities.

Your opportunity:

  • To provide high level advice, support and services for the successful management of workforce curriculum requirements, including innovation and expansion of leadership development offerings and their integration with the Learning Management System including advanced reporting capabilities.
