Bullsbrook College is seeking to establish a pool of well organised, dedicated and committed School Officers for appointment to permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2021 school year and up to the end of Term 2, 2022. Appointments can be made from the pool at any time for commencements within the 2021 school year, up to the end of Term 2, 2022.

As the School Officer, you will be responsible for completing a wide range of administrative duties, which require a detailed knowledge of word processing and data software packages. In addition, the school officer undertakes administrative support duties, reception duties and assists with student related activities such as preparing newsletters, correspondence, enrolments and student attendance records. Other responsibilities will include meeting and greeting students and visitors, answering the telephone and responding to routine enquiries and requests for information in an efficient and friendly manner.
Our school is located in the community of Bullsbrook on the outskirts of Perth. It has the unique combination of country and city life with the benefits and resources of both. We are surrounded by semi-rural scenes and have the Pearce Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Airbase just a short walk from the school.
