ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Selwyn Foundation is looking for an Operations Lead with a strong background and proven experience in ICT Infrastructure. Leading a small team of engineers and service desk staff, you will still need to be technically hands-on yourself. As well as leading the team, you will be responsible for project management, compliance and quality improvement for your area of technology.
As Operations Lead you will have strong ICT Infrastructure skills to support the needs of our business by driving effective clinical care and customer systems, and so enhance business improvement across our operational areas.

We're looking for an enthusiastic candidate with experience in an ICT Infrastructure focused ‘Lead' role or someone who can demonstrate they can step up to a leadership role. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
This is a busy full time role working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with flexbility around working hours. You will be based at our Group Office in Grafton as part of our ICT team, but you be required to travel to our different sites as required - so you'll need to have a full, clean NZ drivers Licence.
