As the Manager you will demonstrate useful product knowledge and practical 'how to' advice to guarantee customer satisfaction. We are looking for a talent who loves customer service and is passionate for what they do - selling! Enthusiastic, eager to learn and grow is who I want to speak to.

About the Role

  • You will be responsible for achieving store KPI's and sales targets whilst maintaining a high level of visual merchandising with a high volume store.
  • You need to be prepared to roll up your sleeves and help your team unload stock deliveries whilst identifying opportunities to grow and develop their skill set.

    • Skills and Experience
  • Experience as a Retail Manager in a high-volume sales environment
  • Minimum 2 years' experience and currently in this type of role
  • A passion for the retail industry, customer service and cooking!
  • Strong experience in managing budgets and working with KPIs
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proven ability to manage the performance and development of a team
  • Ability to build strong relationships with all team members
  • Flexibility to work weekends and late trading hours according to business needs/peak trade periods
  • Solid understanding of visual merchandising
