The Role

This role will be working within the superannuation area of a remediation project with a team of member service consultants. It will be reviewing both inbound and outbound calls . This role is vital to the group as it analyses processes to ensure that the program is following the correct methodology.

The main duties of this role is to ensure that the processes of the program are being adhered to and provide coaching and technical advice to team members. Also you will be identifying and communicating technical issues as well as areas for business improvements. You will be working closely with the quality assurance team challenging any processes and making recommendations for improvements. Documenting all assumptions and decisions made during the remediation process will also be an important part of the role.

Experience Required

  • You need a minimum of 5 years in the Financial Planning industry and RG-146 to apply for the role.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Sound knowledge or risk frameworks and guidelines
  • 12 months experience in remediation work
  • RG-146 Compliance ( Up to date with CPD) MANDATORY
