Westpac Banking Corporation has appointed as its Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partner. The partnership sees Korn Ferry RPO support talent acquisition for all Permanent and FTC recruitment across specialist and volume hiring at Westpac across Australia. This new Talent Acquisition solution will be one of the largest in Australia, with teams located at Westpac’s state-of the-art Head Office at Barangaroo in Sydney and a purpose-built Talent Delivery Centre in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD.About the role
Based in Sydney this high-profile management role within the Westpac RPO will play a key role managing senior client and executive relationships across a client group. As a part of the senior leadership team you will participate in solution wide projects and your active contribution to strategic planning and leadership sessions will be par for the course, as you build an understanding of the business, its environment and its changing talent requirements.
Your leadership qualities and influencing skills will drive your client relationships as you build and support workforce planning initiatives. Working in partnership with a centralised talent sourcing function, this true client management role will see you provide exceptional recruitment advice to deliver top talent to the organisation.

You will be a market leader, adept at process and technology optimisation, be up to date with industry best practice, staying ahead of your competitors and promoting productivity. Adhering to SLA’s you will ensure the strictest levels of confidentiality and compliance.About you
As a Senior Talent Acquisition leader, you will have a strategic mindset, with a focus on driving innovation, continuous improvement and building strong partnerships both internally and with the client will set you up to succeed in this critical role. You will have a thorough understanding of service delivery and quality metrics and bring a proactive, problem-solving mindset to this role.
You will have previous people management experience gained from within a large dynamic corporate environment ideally Banking or Financial Services and the ability to lead and mentor your team. Ideally, you will be agile and experienced in working in complex corporate environments which work at a fast pace. Your strong commercial and financial acumen, as well as your ability to manage budgets and costs will ensure the on-going success of the function.
