    About You

    Reporting to Deb Freeman (WIL Manager), you will provide a wide range of administrative and client service support for Work Integrated Learning (WIL) in the College Office. You will engage with internal and external stakeholders as required ensuring a quick turnaround of enquiries. You will also support the review and improvement of administrative activities within the team as well as continuous improvement of WIL procedures and processes.

    To be successful in this position, you’ll have, but not limited to:

  • Excellent communication, relationship building and negotiation skills with the ability to work collegiately with academic and professional staff, students, and external clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in the provision of high quality professional administrative services (experience with WIL will be an advantage).
  • Proven initiative and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks with conflicting deadlines, whilst maintaining a commitment to quality assurance.
  • High-level of proficiency in computer software packages with a focus on effectiveness, accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to source and learn new skills.
  • Note: Appointment to this position is subject to passing a Working with Children check.
