They provide a full service from consultancy through creative design, project management, production and installation for the fit-out of offices, retail brands and a range of government and commercial projects.

About the role:
This is a diverse role, reporting to the Showroom Manager, you will be looking after incoming and outgoing stock, furniture assembly, administration and walk in customers/ showroom sales. There may even be the occasional delivery. A great role which has you working across many aspects of the business allowing plenty of opportunities for career progression.

Role Responsibilities

Assisting all walk-in customers to find exciting space options for their home office and businesses.

Maintaining existing client base and exceeding expectations in customer service.

Work to KPI's and Budgets to continue to grow your portfolio

Build and maintain strong relationships

Excellent Communication skills

Negotiation skills are second nature to you

Plan approaches and pitches.

Identify client's needs, concerns, and objectives.

Past experience in high ticket item sales and a flair for design.

A desire to learn the business for future progression.

Skills and Requirements:

Previous experience in sales and customer service is key.

Ability to self-manage and work autonomously

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Past experience in a physically demanding role

Proactive and able to think on your feet

Positive 'can-do' attitude

Ability to work well in a team environment

Unrestricted Driver's license
