  • Delivering high quality contact centre services for multiple I-MED clinics across the region
  • Responding to calls in a timely, professional and caring manner to manage bookings and maximise clinic efficiency
  • Providing excellent customer service and patient care
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
  • Key selection criteria:
  • Strong customer service skills and experience
  • Previous high volume call centre experience handling complex enquiries (inbound desirable)
  • Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
  • Strong computer skills and experience using multiple programs simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
