Our client is a renowned financial services provider who is seeking an experienced Senior Change Analyst to join their team working within their People and Culture Division. The successful applicant will be working on the delivery and communication of change activities across the organisation.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Program Lead in successful adoption and delivery of change activities within the business
  • Smooth delivery and communication of key changes within P&C division
  • Conduct Business Impact Assessments and Stakeholder Mapping and Analysis
  • Engaging with key stakeholders to understand impacts of the change activities
  • Ensuring appropriate communication with stakeholders through contribution to the communications plan
  • To be successful in this position you will have at least 3 years working within change management and communications on Agile projects. Ideally you will have prior experience working within the financial services sector or prior exposure to payroll projects. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management are a must have in this role.
