About the Role

Reporting to the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager, this role is responsible for providing an excellent customer experience, meeting sales targets and maintaining the highest levels of store presentation.

About You

  • Customer service experience (in a retail environment would be advantageous)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
  • An obvious love for fashion and trends within the industry
  • Thrive on team work and collaboration
  • Are goal orientated and motivated to achieve results
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and expectations
  • Impeccable personal presentation
  • Flexible availability - must be available weekends and peak retail periods
