As Director, Industry 4.0 Strategy you will be responsible for developing and driving our Industry 4.0 strategy. Internally you will enable our teams to understand and articulate Industry 4.0 trends and opportunities, support sales teams with customer briefing and workshop delivery, and be a ‘go-to’ for the wider functions.
Externally you will, alongside our Strategic Partnerships team, develop technology partnerships (e.g. Health OT providers), and industry forums.
Working with the Strategy & Operations team on analysis of industry, country, trends as inputs into your business priorities
Creation and the ongoing management of our JAPAC Industry 4.0 strategy. You will have clear goals and milestones that help ensure we make visible progress across the theatre
Building the Industry 4.0 partner strategy, including establishing integrator and technology joint partnerships, and working to bring these partnerships into the relevant partner program
Engage Our Teams
Interact across functional teams, senior management and executives to ensure alignment with Industry 4.0 plans. These include the Strategic Partner, Consulting, Systems Engineering, Sales, and Services organisations
Identifying and influencing relevant industry forums, business councils, conferences, associations who connect and drive Industry 4.0 decisions
Create and deliver a range of Industry 4.0 workshops and roundtables. You are capable of customising these workshops based on the audience – CxO, security teams, prospective partners etc
Enable Our Teams
Enabling our sales and cross functional teams to better understand and articulate our unique Industry 4.0 opportunity
Support the sales team agenda, typically including sustained support for our largest customers and prospects
Excellent verbal, and written communications skills; presentation, customer service and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel in Asia-Pacific and globally as required.
Strong leadership and influence skills.
Strong understanding of enterprise and cybersecurity technologies and competitive offerings in the marketplace.
Expert in Industry 4.0 concepts, trends and market dynamics.
Expert in understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems and taking customers/partners on that journey.
Experience working with partnerships, including GSI’s and consultancies at senior level.
Demonstrated experience winning with Sales teams, where your understanding of Industry has helped develop and win opportunities with innovative solutions for customers.
Ability to solve problems creatively.
Experience working in professional services or presales capacity preferred – knowledge of solution offerings.
Experience and track record of working with cross functional sales teams.
Self driven, you will create and drive your day to day work, operating with minimal supervision.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Industry related cybersecurity disciplines.
