    About the role

    The Senior Manager, Research & Market Insights role will be responsible for managing in house Quant and Qual research projects from end to end (Research design, analysis, reporting), as well as partnering with external research agencies to drive strategic insights & recommendations.

    You will identify customer needs, triggers and behaviour and act as the voice of the customer to improve customer experiences, market insights and competitor analysis.

    You will:

  • Drive and deliver quantitative and qualitative research & insights for use in Australia as well as the global markets,
  • Support the ongoing management across Brand health tracking, new markets expansion, loyalty and segmentation
  • Manage and drive NPS studies at various touch points
  • Design questionnaires or discussion guides, aligned with key project objectives with limited assistance
  • Ad hoc quantitative analysis using Q or excel when required
  • Drive informed and insightful research findings to the business
  • Prepare and present engaging presentations,
  • Communicate effectively, build rapport, manage and consult with internal stakeholders
  • Manage external research agency supplies, developing strong relationships
  • You will have:

  • Circa 7+ year' experience in Market Research from agency/and or a client-side research/insights role
  • Broad ad hoc research experience across segmentation, customer experience, voice of customer, NPS & Loyalty
  • Strong Quantitative research experience end to end, plus qualitative is a bonus
  • Strong analysis experience in Excel or Q
  • Customer focused with a passion for championing the voice of the customer and experiences
  • Industry background flexible - however desirable for large financial/services organisation
  • Proven experience providing actionable insights that drive customer improvement
  • Excellent ability to present and influence at all levels
  • This is a 6 Month FTC with the view to extend or potentially go permanent.
