The successful candidate will provide support to the consumer mortgage sales process for applications received from third parties. Requirements
Applicants must have: Significant credit assessment experience Strong knowledge of consumer mortgage products, processes and policies Must have Delegated Lending Authority (DLA) Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and In-house databases) Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation Must have an ability to build relationships with external brokers/internal partners Industry knowledge (strong knowledge of mortgage broker industry) Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Terms 3-month initial contract, with strong potential for extension or to become permanent Paying an hourly rate commensurate with skills and experience Mostly work from home/remotely Next Steps
