    Our client is a highly regarded global consulting and services organisation, that is servicing a well-known financial services client.


    About the Role
    The successful candidate will provide support to the consumer mortgage sales process for applications received from third parties. 


    Requirements
    Applicants must have:
  • Significant credit assessment experience
  • Strong knowledge of consumer mortgage products, processes and policies
  • Must have Delegated Lending Authority (DLA)
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and In-house databases)
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Must have an ability to build relationships with external brokers/internal partners
  • Industry knowledge (strong knowledge of mortgage broker industry)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

    • Terms
  • 3-month initial contract, with strong potential for extension or to become permanent
  • Paying an hourly rate commensurate with skills and experience
  • Mostly work from home/remotely
