We are looking for a Recruitment Sales Manager to step into the business and make it your own.

Our group has lots of individual agencies and each one specialises in their industry of expertise. So we have retail gurus recruiting retail talent, hospitality experts recruiting hospitality superstars and so on. We thrive on helping employers and outstanding professionals get in touch.

We've been doing this since 1995. Today we've got over 100 people across our 28 'owner-operated' agencies. Some recruiters might have a bad name, but that's not us; we do what we do with honesty, integrity and confidentiality.

For the first time ever (seriously!), a unique role has become available at our Northern NSW Retail Agency. This agency has been smashing incredible results in the Regional NSW Area for 18 years. They pride themselves on being a relationship-based business. They celebrate success, work hard, know their clients intrinsically, and are masters of retail.

The agency continues to grow and succeed. In fact, they're doing so well, they need help! This is why they're now looking for a full-time Recruitment Sales Manager to join the team.

What you need:

  • Proven success in the retail or travel industry (i.e. Store Manager or Area Manager), or as a Senior Recruitment Consultant
  • Strong market knowledge of retail and familiarity with Regional NSW
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Business acumen, with a driven and self-motivated personality
  • People skills, so you can build new relationships and maintain existing ones, both with clients & candidates (seriously, this is important - this a people focussed role!)
  • Sales instinct - we're a business!
  • What you'll do:

  • Develop new business (super important - we are looking for a growth-driven person, not an 'order taker')!
  • Maintain existing relationships, keep our existing clients happy.
  • Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process, delivering the service we're famous for.
  • Find great candidates, using our awesome tools & platforms.
  • Smash your individual activity and sales targets
  • Deliver a first-class candidate and client experience, every single time
  • Manage the Agency, ensuring KPI's are hit and the business is a winner.
  • What you'll get:

  • Base Salary of $60K + Super
  • Uncapped Commission (If you are the right person, OTE will easily be over $80K)
