We are on the lookout for 10, outstanding Customer Service guru's to work on an ongoing temporary campaign for an industry leader. 

You will be working for a reputable, innovative company right in the heart of Melbourne's CBD. This ia a social, fun and inclusive work culture where authenticness and diversity is CELEBRATED! 

These positions are full-time, inbound customer service roles where you will be assisting customers with troubleshooting and technical difficulties. We are offering $28-$30 per hour + super with a 1st of March start date. 

The ideal candidate will have come from a background working in contact centres, ideally within the banking/lending industry. Customer service will be your passion and you are someone who likes to work in a collaborative team culture whilst also being able to work autonomously.
