Working as a senior property manager or property manager, you will oversee a quality, clean and tidy portfolio of 100 to 140 properties with admin and trust account support.

To be successful, you will be a high calibre Property Manager who loves the job and offers high attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a passion for quality service.

• Current Real Estate Certificate and Driving License
  
• Team Focused. - Friendly and willing to help others
  
• Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  
• Strong with Property Management procedures and legislation
  
• Proven loyalty within recent career background
  
• Experienced in Console Cloud & IRE (ideal but not essential).
