About the role

We are seeking to appoint suitably experienced and professional individuals to the position of Injury Management Consultant. The position is responsible for providing high level expertise, advice and assistance to managers and employees in relation to compensable injuries and return to work programs.

Eligibility to Apply

A current and valid ‘C’ class drivers’ license or equivalent is required for regular intrastate travel.

About you

The incumbent works collaboratively with the employee and management, and where reasonable and practical, will support the employee’s recovery and return to work at the earliest and most appropriate opportunity.

We would like to hear from you if you have experience in;

  • Conducting initial assessment and early intervention strategies, injury management planning
  • Development of return to work programs and case management
  • Workers’ compensation and injury management with knowledge of legislation in WA
  • Strong customer focus in providing high-level expertise, advice
  • Maintaining effective relationships
  • All employees are required to undergo employment screening, which includes a National Criminal History Check and other checks that may be relevant to the position requirements.

    Pool Recruitment
