We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join the KinCare team in this Intake Coordinator role for a permanent full-time contract.
The Intake Coordinator is responsible for connecting with prospective customers over the phone to promote KinCare as the provider of choice for in-home aged care services and to on-board customers into our program.
The role also liaises and negotiates with internal teams to direct services appropriately, including collaborating with our Scheduling team so that Customers are set up with a seamless, timely service.
This opportunity is suited to someone who enjoys interacting with people over the phone and helping people in the community to be connected and supported, ensuring quality of life and wellbeing.
Skills and experience required:
Knowledge or experience of home aged care packages and services would be an advantage
