    • The Company

    An immediate start for an experienced accounts receivable officer to join this leading and global business based at Silverwater. If you are ready to start and able to commit for 4-6 weeks possibly longer this position is for you! This is a pivotal position and your expertise and previous experience in accounts receivable will be highly appreciated.

    The Position

    Reporting to the Supervisor your daily duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Management of a very clean ledger
  • Daily cash allocations, receipting and reconciliations
  • Outbound collection calls
  • Handling and resolving of customer queries
  • Releasing orders
  • Distributing invoices, receipting, raising credit and processing of payments
  • Banking and assisting with month end reporting
  • Extensive internal and external stakeholder management
  • Reception

    • The Candidate

  • Your previous full function receivable experience
  • Intermediate experience of Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible to help out other teams when required
