Reesby is an innovative technology and employment agency powered by in-house Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning software. We are collaborating with our client, who is developing an innovative financial technology on an online software platform to look out for a Chief Technology Officer.

Chief Technology Officer position

We expect you to efficiently manage the technological roadmap utilizing your technology capability to shape the product interface. This role involves you to manage a team and facilitate technological operations to meet the long-term goals and to accomplish the mission of our client.

Your responsibilities include

• Leading the process of engineering and executing technology requirements while aligning with the goals and objectives of the organization
• Contributing to improving the technology in order to match the current trends and developments to gain a competitive advantage
• Ensuring and mentoring the team members to meet the timelines and to deliver the project to the market
• Actively participating in the decision-making of the technology budgets and the organization's technology requirements
• Working towards efficiency by providing relevant research and development recommendations

Ideal skillset for the role

• 7 years of experience in the technology industry with excellent team management skills
• Significant experience in with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript including React Js, Gatsby, Next.Js
• Previous experience in developing Restful APIs with Node.Js, Mongo Database, Mongoose framework, DNS, Circlecl/TravisCl, and writing unit tests for features
• Good understanding of Lifecycle, Context, Hooks, using styles components
• Excellent analytical understanding and ability to work in a dynamic environment
