My client is a national refurbishment and fit out group, with established Melbourne team who have a valuable repeat client list that offers stability and interesting projects..

Due to a new project win, this client has a requirement for an experienced Site Manager or Foremen to join its progressive team on a contract basis – projects are varied and are up to $10m in size. With a new project commencing in the next 2 weeks they are seeking to identify a talented individual to run this office fitout in the Gippsland area.

As a Foreman/Site Manager with this group, you will be part of a high calibre team and work closely with your nominated Project Manager whilst you will also have the support of CA/PC’s, but will have full responsibility for the planning, organising and managing the overall site including:

• Site control trade coordination

• Works and program planning

• Induction and safety analysis

• Material purchase

• Sub contractor selection & supervision

• Project development

• Certification of occupancy

These projects all have different challenges relating to program, logistics and finishes but we are specifically looking for individuals with proven experience in live environments, advanced stakeholder management skills particularly pertaining to clients and superintendents whilst you must also be able to demonstrate an unwavering commitment to best practise in OH&S.
