    • Our client is a privately owned boutique property investment group & they are currently seeking a Senior Property Analyst to join their small but dynamic team.

    Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking financial analysis and modelling for capital transactions
  • Conducting extensive research across a variety of asset classes including office, industrial, retail and purpose-built student accommodation
  • Supporting the identification of potential acquisitions and disposals through financial analysis and due diligence
  • Participating in the preparation of investment committee papers to obtain transaction approval
  • Support the ongoing monitoring, analysis, and reporting of investments and the property portfolio
  • Assisting in preparing reports and presentations to investors
  • Instructing and managing external valuers

    • The Ideal Candidate

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property Valuation
  • Demonstrated track record (10 + years) of working on commercial property investment transactions
  • Exceptional technical knowledge
  • Proficient in Forbury (preferred)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • High numerical and analytical ability
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Superb organisational skills – ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Intimate understanding of Australian commercial property markets
  • Ability to build strong, positive and effective relationships with colleagues in a small team environment
