The role of the Manager IT Services & Security is an essential role in helping our staff support their clients. This role is a hands on role that heads up The Benevolent Society’s IT Services and Security with full responsibility across IT purchasing and asset management, end user computing, technical change management, IT security and outsourced services such as network, print, and infrastructure managed services including the service desk.

Terms: Ongoing full time position based in Glebe, NSW.

What you need to succeed:

  • 6+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Hands on IT security skills and knowledge
  • Expert technical knowledge across end user computing, infrastructure, security and telephony disciplines
  • Master’s degree in IT or equivalent and demonstrable IT security experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (especially at various levels internally within the organisation)
