About the role

Reporting to Franchising & Licensing Director ANZ you will be a key member of the Franchising and Licensing team with responsibility for providing analytical, reporting and system administration support to the team and broader business. The role is based in our head office at Richmond.

The key responsibilities of this role are;

  • Management of Costar POS data and related systems for Goodyear Autocare (GAC) and Beaurepaires franchising (BFR).
  • Development and maintenance of reporting for stakeholders, particularly the sales and business management teams
  • Pro active analysis of POS, BI and other data and to make recommendations for action
  • About you

    We are looking for a creative data analyst who can build relationships effectively with the business stakeholders

  • 4-5 years’ experience as a business analyst or in similar role
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Access or similar) and reporting tools
  • Ability to influence stakeholder levels above - verbal and written communication
  • Ability to operate autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Attention to detail, analytical ability, numerical reasoning, customer-focused, ability to multi-task and good time management skills.
  • SAP BI query writer and analyser experience and knowledge is highly desirable
