HPE currently has an opportunity in Brisbane for a hungry Salesperson keen to embrace their next challenge. This role will be responsible for championing and selling HPE Storage solutions into commercial and mid-market territories directly, driving these opportunities from inception to closure.

As Storage Sales Specialist you will: -

  • Identify and prospect in new markets to attract new business while maintaining and expanding services to existing clients
  • Develop pursuit plans and build and manage the storage sales for assigned QLD territory/accounts
  • Proactive customer engagement - hosting roadmap sessions, building proposals and discussing special promotions
  • Be accountable, exceed sales goals and financial target objectives
  • Negotiate, structure, and close "deals" that meet customer expectations
  • Work with the broader Sales team to build effective account plans and strategies to drive incremental revenue as well as leading a growth plan
  • Effectively report on opportunity identification and updates leveraging SFDC and other reporting tools

    • About You: -

  • Ideally you will have 3-5 years’ experience in an Infrastructure/Solutions sales in either a Sales Representative, Channel Sales, Inside Sales or Pre-Sales role. You are high energy, a “Hunter" and keen to make your mark in a new vendor sales role
  • Knowledge of Storage technologies, issues and trends highly regarded
  • Persistent in the face of obstacles and a will-to-win orientation
  • Proven ability to close off new business
  • Proven track record in achieving and/or exceeding targets set
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
