Your role: 

As a Bartender you will delight and engage guests through your natural passion for making and delivering drinks. Other areas of your role include:

  • Preparing quality and consistent beverages for guests
  • Assessing guest needs and preferences and make recommendations, using your extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails and food and beverage pairings
  • Assist on the floor when required
  • Assist guests with various enquiries relating to the bar, restaurants and hotel
  • Restocking and replenishing bar supplies
  • Assist with operational opening and closing of the bar and dining area

    • About you:

  • A go getter with flamboyance and strong creative flair
  • Ability to engage our guests through your natural energy, positive attitude and genuine warm customer service skills
  • Previous experience in fast paced restaurants and bars
  • A passion for the industry, ability to be quick on your feet and adapt to changing situations
  • Be a strong team player 
  • Ability to work on rotating roster including weekends, public holidays and most importantly when the business needs you the most
