You will need to have:

  • Proven experiences at management level within a 5* hotel, luxurious venue or top-tier corporate environment
  • Hands-on style of leadership with a collaborative approach
  • Excellent presentation and professional demeanor at all times
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • A background in Business Development, Client Relationship Management would be an advantage
