  • 4-5 week assignment in
  • $30-$35 + super an hour

    The Assignment: 

  • Monday – Friday, 8.30am-5pm, 4-5 weeks 
  • In-office tasks of a portfolio 
  • No routines, no entries, no exits, no trust accounting 
  • Actioning emails
  • Processing maintenance
  • Lease renewals
  • Providing exceptional customer service to Landlords and Tenants/ follow up and clear communication
  • Using Property Me software

    • The Successful Candidate:

  • 2+ years Property Management experience
  • QLD Certificate of Registration
  • Outstanding attention to detail and communication skills
  • High personal presentation
  • High level of communication and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Solid written & verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding telephone manner & time management
  • Meticulous attention to detail, accountability and focus
  • Valid driver’s licence
