Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall efficient and effective management and operation of the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. The Assistant Restaurant Manager is to maintain complete knowledge of GYG menu items, ingredient and procedures at all times in order to proactively and promptly deliver the highest level of customer experience.
This role will suit an individual that is passionate about hospitality and management and is motivated to promote GYG's values and display energy and enthusiasm for the unique brand.

Key areas of responsibility Assist with leading both the restaurants operations as well as crew on shift Support the Restaurant Manager in the general running of the restaurant Proactively elevate the customer experience from excellent to remarkable Ensure the consistent training and coaching of crew Assist with inventory and financial management
