We are excited to market a position in Marketing and Communications Manager to revolutionise our digital marketing assets and campaigns. We are seeking enthusiastic marketing and communication candidates at the forefront of digital technology willing to challenge and disrupt the status quo; a blue sky thinker with the ability to roll up your sleeves and implement the plan.

Reporting directly to the General Manager of Marketing and Digital, you will be primarily responsible for all marketing and communication requirements.

Your duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Managing team members, projects and work volumes
  • A strong focus on Internal and external communications
  • Generating and managing content and digital marketing strategy
  • Building & nurturing relationships with all stakeholders
  • Creating and producing digital assets across a range of products
  • Managing social media and online platforms
  • Google analytics dashboards and reporting
  • Social Media Strategy and paid social media advertising
  • Agent Marketing, using data to create tools for sales excellence
  • Maintaining and managing a high-quality content editorial and PR calendar

    • As the ideal candidate for the role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proven ability and tech savvy in social media and online platforms
  • CRM/Marketing automation tools
  • Database Marketing and analytics skills
  • Experience managing team members
  • Experience working in luxury brands
  • PR and editorial experience
  • Proven thought leadership capabilities
  • A creative and contemporary outlook providing us with a new digital first perspective
  • The ability and experience to rethink and redesign our assets and campaigns
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Mailchimp
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications is preferred but not essential.
