The WPB business for HSBC Australia is continuing to invest in Australia to enrich the customer experience and advocacy. Leveraging our competitive strengths as an international bank, we are enhancing our digital capabilities, increasing our distribution and broadening our product range. 
In this challenging role your focus will on product enhancement to improve the experience of our customers. With the experience to hit the ground running, you will be involved in requirements gathering, followed by solution selection and design, utilising an Agile delivery approach to build out the solution, in a nutshell - Requirements Management, Design, Change and Implementation Management.

To achieve this, you will enjoy working closely with a collaborative team with an open and transparent communication style, being adaptable with the ability to pick up concepts quickly, while using data to inform decision making, leveraging your experience in agile project management, CRM implementation and digital servicing.
